Conserving Our Fabric Treasures* Sat 08/29 1:30-4:30pm

Saving precious and treasured fabric items for future generations can be challenging. Topics in class will include preserving fabric textiles and cleaning, mending, and storing vintage or antique items. Participants are encouraged to bring up to two pieces of clothing, handmade quilts, or heirloom textiles to the classroom. Preservation of individual items will be discussed in an open forum.
